The Apartment.

This apartment is a lovely two bedroom apartment located on the second floor of a building with elevator. The apartment is in one of the many beautifully preserved buildings with doorman that you still find on this elegant boulevard. The apartment has been completely renovated to a high standard to ensure every comfort for guests.

The apartment comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and spacious walk in wardrobe. You also have access to a terrace overlooking Paseo de Gracia. This bedroom also comes with on-suite bathroom which has bath/shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and space for your belongings. Clients from this bedroom have access to the second bathroom which comes equipped with a shower unit.

The tastefully decorated living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for the fifth and sixth guests. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 and the floor to ceiling windows which allow the sunlight to flood in, open up onto a gallery area which has amazing views over Paseo de Gracia.

The big kitchen comes fully equipped with all the mod cons necessary to make your trip a stress free one like microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher,etc.

This is a nicely designed 2-bedroom apartment with a wonderful view of the Plaza España is a great choice for your visit to Barcelona.

The area close to the apartment:

Close to this apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuïc and Plaza de España. From here you are just at the feet of the Montjuïc mountain where various sightseeing attractions are located, like Poble Espanyol, the Olympic stadium and swimming pools. There is also the National Museum of Catalunya where on weekend nights the guest can watch the famous fountains work!!

The guest staying at the Feria III apartment can access the city centre via metro which can be found right outside the building where the apartment is located. The metro will take you downtown in a matter of minutes so you can explore the Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, El Borne and so on.

As you can see, should you choose to stay at this apartment during your visit to Barcelona, you will literaly find yourself in the center of Barcelona.

The apartment:

The Feria III apartment has been completely renovated and modernized to achieve the quality and high standard necessary to make this a great apartment for our visitor to Barcelona. As this apartment is on one of the higher levels and there is no other constructions to obstruct the light coming through the large windows.

One of the nicest features of this apartment is the spectacular views of Plaza España, along with the magic fountains and Montjuic Mountain which means fantastic firework shows at certain times of the year from the comfort of your living room

This apartment is perfect for a family or small group of friends. There are two bedrooms in this apartment, in the first one there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there are bunk beds.

The living room of the apartment is good for relaxing and resting after a long day out and about sightseeing or after a hard day working at the Fira de Montjuïc. In this area you will also find a large comfortable pullout sofa bed which is used to accommodate two people. Here you can also sit back and listen to some music or relax with a glass of wine before heading off to one of Barcelona’s many amazing restaurants or just enjoying the amazing views.

The lovely hardwood floor throughout the apartment, along with the nice red wall in the living room gives the apartment just the right amount of warmth and a nice welcoming feel…

The bathroom of this lovely apartment contains a shower, sink, bidet and toilet and is fresh and modern in look and style. The bathroom comes with fresh towels for all guests, ready for use upon arrival.

The kitchen is also new and modern in style, and is fully equipped with all the mod cons such as cooker, oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, etc, all of which ensure the guest a hassle free stay; plus you will find other comforts of home such as a coffeemaker, toaster, juicer etc, to make your visit to Barcelona easy and stress free. This very nice two bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample. Very close to the Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has approximately 65 m2. It is great apartment, modern and central, and will allow you to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing time during your visit to Barcelona.

The area close to the flat:

This flat is situated in the heart of Barcelona’s 19th century Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. When looking to experience Barcelona’s world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. With all the Gaudí sites within reach – like the impressive and two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia; the famous Sagrada Familia, the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau, you will spend hours rambling along and looking upwards.

This apartment is a two bedroom apartment in a great location with its lovely high ceilings it is a spacious apartment; the lovely balcony that runs along the exterior of the bedroom and the living room with large windows.

The guest staying at this wonderful apartment will enjoy the wonderful wooden floors, the lovely mosaic tiles and the modern decoration.

Both bedrooms come with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for the guests belongings; the master bedroom has the added benefit of the en-suite bathroom which comes with a bathtub/shower unit, the second bathroom which is independant to both bedrooms is fully equipped however comes only with a shower unit.

The kitchen of this great apartment is fully equipped, modern and efficient… the guests will be able to prepare a meal should they wish to.. the guests can sit at the dining table and chairs which can be found in the living room.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

This wonderful, luxury apartment is in the heart of the city, almost on Paseo de Gracia, one of Barcelona’s grander avenue-like streets, that starts at Plaza Cataluña and continues till it meets with la Diagonal.

This location will allow the guest to step out of the apartment building onto Plaza Cataluña; off of this Plaza the guest will find Las Ramblas, with all the colourful street performes and the wonderful Boqueria market, an absolute must for any visitor to Barcelona…

From the apartment a short 5 minute walk will have you in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and el Born; this very trendy area is one of Barcelona’s oldest neighbourhoods. The Apartment;

This really is a fantastic apartment; with unbeatable location, high standard and quality, this is a fantastic choice while visiting Barcelona… this apartment faces to the back of the building so for it’s central location it is a very quiet apartment!!

The Plaza Cataluña apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom comes with a standard double bed and has ample wardrobe space for the guests’ belongings… the second bedroom has one single bed only; both bedrooms are fresh and elegant in style …

The bathroom is very luxurious in look and style, completed in white marble and complete with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival… the bathroom complete with bath/shower unit, WC, sink, etc., is independant from the bedrooms….

The living room of this fantastic apartment has french doors which open up onto the small balcony/terrace, here you will find a table and some chairs so the guests can enjoy the wonderufl weather that Barcelona enjoys for much of the year; this allows for lots of natural light in the apartment making it a great area to relax and unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping! before heading out to enjoy all this great city has on offer….. this sofa is also a sofa bed where two guests can sleep comfortably …… the apartment comes with air conditioning and heating so guests are comfortable no matter what time of the year they are visiting this great city!!!

Whichever apartment you choose will be fully furnished with exclusively designed items. All kitchens come fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer etc…… Further luxuries consist of a large screen LCD TV with international channels, perfect while relaxing on the couch after a long day of sight seeing. All of the apartments have a safe, A/C and heating. Bed linens and clean towels are also provided.

Please note that the balance payment for this apartment can ONLY BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD. Upon arrival guests will do their own check-in which can only be done with a credit card.

In the hall area of the building, the guest can avail of the healthy food vending machine.

A further luxury is that the guests have the option of ordering breakfast, lunch or dinner from their room. However, at least 40 minutes is needed in order to prepare and deliver the food to your apartment.

A cleaning service is provided every 6 days for longer reservations.
