The apartments are located just a stone’s throw from Gaudi’s beautiful avenue and only a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia making it the perfect place to stay

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Sagrada Familia apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. When looking to experience Barcelona’s world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. There are many “must see” attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites – the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia is on your doorstep, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia and the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau – all within walking distance.

The apartment:

The Eric Vokel apartments come in all shapes and sizes. In the one building you have the choice of the Deluxe, Standard, Superior and finally the Premium apartments. The designer of the Eric Vokel apartments designed different types of apartments so that the guest could always find what suits their needs best: from fantastic penthouses with terrace to functional one bedroom apartments.

Whichever apartment you choose will be fully furnished with exclusively designed items. All kitchens come fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer etc…… Further luxuries consist of a large screen LCD TV with international channels, perfect while relaxing on the couch after a long day of sight seeing. All of the apartments have a safe, A/C and heating. Bed linens and clean towels are also provided.

Please note that the balance payment for this apartment can ONLY BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD. Upon arrival guests will do their own check-in which can only be done with a credit card.

In the hall area of the building, the guest can avail of the healthy food vending machine.

A further luxury is that the guests have the option of ordering breakfast, lunch or dinner from their room. However, at least 40 minutes is needed in order to prepare and deliver the food to your apartment.

A cleaning service is provided every 6 days for longer reservations.

1 Bedroom apartment located in El Born.

This great one bedroom apartment can sleep 2 people and is a great choice for a couple visiting Barcelona. The newly renovated apartment with a lots of red colour makes a fun setting for a great holidays in Barcelona. Modern and elegant, it is centrally located next to the old town of Barcelona, and not far from the Gothic Quarter.

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Teatro apartment is ideally situated in El Born in Barcelona and the old port area at the bottom of Las Ramblas. With both the beach and downtown within easy walking distance this is a great apartment from which to plan out each day of your visit.. lots of shopping, harbourside seafood treats, movies by the sea along with bars, discos and a world famous – apparently Europe’s biggest – aquarium have made this the perfect area for Barcelona’s stopoff point to the Mediterranean.

Also an eight minutes’ walk away guests are treated to the trendy gothic El Borne district with its wonderful example of gothic architecture in the magnificent church Santa Maria del Mar.

The apartment:

Lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and plenty of night spots not far from the Teatro apartment, makes this apartment a great choice.

The Teatro apartment is on the principal level (one floor up) of a recently refurbished building, with no elevator, and the apartment has just been reformed to the highest of standards. Using lots of colour lends a warm feeling and makes the guest feel right at home from the momeent they walk in…

The look is modern, fresh and elegant and with plenty of appeal the Teatro apartment, along with the Jazz, Literature, Mediterraneo, Karma, Abstrak and Casals (all in the same building) are very popular choices for our visitors coming to Barcelona…

The bedroom comes with a quee size bed and plenty of wardrobe space for the guests belongings..

The Teatro apartment has been equipped with everthing you can think of, both in the kitchen, living area and bathrooms, to ensure your stay is a hassle free one.. AC, heat, access to communal terrace, TV, DVD to name but a few..

Some lovely features of this unique apartment include exposed brickwork, lovely original exposed beams in the ceiling and hardwood floor throughout the apartment…

The kitchen and bathroom are both on a par with the rest of the apartment and do not disappoint… the guest can prepare a meal should he choose to and avail of the table and chairs in the living area…
