An apartment for four person with 2 bathrooms in the Eixample, close to Plaza Cataluña in Barcelona.

This very nice two bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample. Very close to the Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has approximately 65 m2. It is great apartment, modern and central, and will allow you to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing time during your visit to Barcelona.

The area close to the flat:

This flat is situated in the heart of Barcelona’s 19th century Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. When looking to experience Barcelona’s world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. With all the Gaudí sites within reach – like the impressive and two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia; the famous Sagrada Familia, the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau, you will spend hours rambling along and looking upwards.

This apartment is a two bedroom apartment in a great location with its lovely high ceilings it is a spacious apartment; the lovely balcony that runs along the exterior of the bedroom and the living room with large windows.

The guest staying at this wonderful apartment will enjoy the wonderful wooden floors, the lovely mosaic tiles and the modern decoration.

Both bedrooms come with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for the guests belongings; the master bedroom has the added benefit of the en-suite bathroom which comes with a bathtub/shower unit, the second bathroom which is independant to both bedrooms is fully equipped however comes only with a shower unit.

The kitchen of this great apartment is fully equipped, modern and efficient… the guests will be able to prepare a meal should they wish to.. the guests can sit at the dining table and chairs which can be found in the living room.

This wonderful apartment is located in an area known as Eixample.. not far from the crowds and all the sights to see, it offers a calmer reprieve from the hustle and bustle of La Rambla..

The lovely 4 bedooms apartment is a great choice for a family vacation.. close by to L’Arc de Triomph and the Ciutadella Park it is a wonderfully relaxing area to stay in whilst in Barcelona…

The area surrounding the apartment;

The apartment is situated a 10 minutes’ walk from the “old city”. The area is residential and very pleasant with most sights within easy walking distance. The Ronda San Pere begins approximately two blocks from the apartment and takes you right to Plaça Catalunya, the nerve centre of the city. From here you can access the beginning of La Rambla which is a definite must for the visitor to Barcelona: the street performers, outdoor cafés and the famous La Boqueria food market really should not be missed. Near Plaça Catalunya you will also find the famous Gothic Quarter and the very trendy El Borne area; other areas of interest for the visitor are the Paseo del Born in El Borne, which is 50 meters from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the port.

The Apartment;

With it’s four bedrooms and 120m2, the apartment is the perfect choice, it will ensure the guest is at ease and feels welcome from the moment they walk in the door…

The living/dining area of this apartment is comfortable and an ideal place to sit back and relax in after a hard day of being out and about in the city, exploring all the wonderful things Barcelona has to offer.. although the dining and living area are the same space, it has been given an air of being slightly seperate as the nice bright coloured stools/poofs, sofa, TV and DVD, etc have been placed to one side of the room.. should you choose to enjoy one of the many fantastic wines this region of Spain has to offer, along with some great “fuet” then this area of the apartment is perfect to sit back in and do just that…

The bedrooms are very nicely decorated, on a par with the rest of the apartment; they are decorated in a simple, no frills style which is both fresh and elegant in look… there is one bedroom with a double bed and the second and third bedrooms come with two single beds each and the fourth bedroom has one single bed.. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and the other bedrooms all come with their own individual wardrobes to ensure all the guests have somewhere to store their belongings…

The kitchen of this apartment is modern and comes fully equipped with all the mod cons to ensure that your stay at the Orozco apartment is a hassle free one…..

Both bathrooms come with fresh towels and paper, ready for use upon arrival. The main bathroom comes with a bath/shower unit, toilet, sink, bidet, etc.. and the second bathroom has only a shower unit along with toilet, sink, etc….
